By subscribing to painfeed, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service

painfeed is a digital subscription service ($9.99/month) that delivers a weekly email digest of product ideas derived from publicly available posts on social platforms including Reddit and X (Twitter). Subscribers also receive access to a personal searchable archive of delivered ideas.

2. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. Payment is processed securely via Paddle. You will be charged at the start of each billing cycle.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. All purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of payment. Refund requests can be submitted via support@painfeed.com or through Paddle's buyer portal.

4. Acceptable Use

Access to painfeed is for personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share your account with others.

5. Disclaimer

painfeed provides curated information for research and ideation purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or commercial viability of any idea delivered. Use at your own discretion.

We collect your email address when you create an account. Payment information is handled entirely by Paddle and is never stored on our servers.

How We Use Your Data

Your email is used solely to deliver the weekly digest and service notifications. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

painfeed analyzes publicly available posts and comments from platforms such as Reddit and X (Twitter). No private user data from these platforms is collected or stored.
